Saturday 15th June 12-1:30pm (1.5 hour decorating session) Welcome to our mini cake decorating classes! Join us for a fun, hands-on class decorating mini classic style cakes. This is a set design consisting of a 6” heart mini cake, vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and topped off with your own piped phrase on top. This class is designed for ages 14+ so no matter what your skill level is, you’ll be able to join in on the fun. What's covered in the class: -Learn basic piping techniques. -Learn how to ice and stack a cake. -Learn how to pipe writing. -Learn this icing design and create your own. The mini cake decoration workshop provides equipment and ingredients, but all recipes contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. One 6" heart mini cake will be pre-made for you to create your decorations on. Limited spots are available, so early booking is recommended.
